A New Nadir is an experiment in free theorising. Anyone can submit, and there is only one editor. The editor will discard submissions of poor quality, but most likely will correct and print anything pertinent to each issue's topic.
A New Nadir will grow like bacilli until extinguished. Left on its own, it will be an artifact. Continuously maintained, it will testify an as-yet unknown truth.
